Shipping, Refunds & Returns

Fabric and pattern orders are sent via parcel post. Allow 3–5 days for major cities and 3–8 days for rural locations. Express delivery is available on request — extra charges apply.

Free shipping applies to most fabric orders. In some cases where weight or volume makes postage prohibitive, additional costs may apply or orders may be cancelled — we’ll always contact you first.

If you have a PO Box, your order will be sent via Australia Post. DHL is available on request for street addresses.

Any duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer. For information on what may apply to you, check with your local customs authority.

All hardcopy patterns and fabric samples are sent via regular mail. Tracking is unavailable. Shipping times will vary depending on your local postal service but generally range from 5–30 working days.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days, or 3–5 days during sale and busy periods.

During busy postal periods, delays may occur. These timeframes are a guide only.

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges on cut fabrics, remnants, or patterns (hardcopy or digital). Please choose carefully.

We do our best to photograph fabrics accurately, but colours can look different depending on your screen. To check colour, weight and handle, we recommend ordering a $2 fabric swatch on the product page — just click ‘Order $2 Swatch’.

If you can’t see the swatch button, that fabric isn’t available to sample (e.g. bridal laces, panel pieces). To order a minimum cut (25cm), email us or call our Surry Hills store on 02 9281 5536.
