Check that you’ve downloaded and installed the latest version of Adobe Reader. When ordering a Tessuti PDF pattern, we’ll send you two emails. One email will be your order confirmation and the other will include all the links you need to download your pattern, including pattern sheets and instructions.

It might have ended up in your spam/junk folder. If it’s not there, check that you gave us the correct email address when you placed your order.

We strongly recommend downloading to a laptop or desktop computer. When you click a link, your computer will automatically download the file. Check your ‘Downloads’ folder if you can’t see it. If you’re having trouble downloading files to an iPad, read through these tips.

If you’re printing the pattern on a home printer, select and download the necessary files named ‘Print-At-Home’. If you wish to have the actual size version printed at a copy shop, download the sheet/s named ‘Actual Size - Copy Shop’.

Always print the test square page first to check you’ve got the print scale correct. Make sure you’ve set your file to print at 100% (or actual size). On some very rare occasions, printers won’t print to scale even when set to 100%. If this is the case, we recommend you send it to a copy shop.

Have you downloaded all the pattern sheets? Each pattern product page (in the online shop) lists how many sheets are included in your pattern.

Check that you have the latest version of Adobe Reader installed. If not, download and install and be sure to restart your computer before trying to print again.

It is your responsibility to download and store your patterns promptly after your purchase. You are provided with the opportunity to download and store your patterns up to 5 times so be sure to save and backup your files! We cannot provide additional download links for lost or deleted files after these 5 downloads have been used up. Please take the same precautions with your digital products that you would with any other important files and always keep a backup. Dropbox or Google Drive are great free ways to store a copy of your files off of your computer’s hard drive.

As printed on our patterns and on the product page, all patterns are designed and copyright owned by Tessuti Fabrics and are for personal use only. Using our patterns to produce garments for commercial sale is strictly prohibited.

Yes, all seam allowances are included. Please take the seam allowance specified in the instructions.

For Australian fabric orders under AU$150, we charge a flat shipping rate of $10 within Australia. For International fabric orders under $200 we charge a flat shipping rate of $30. Free shipping is provided for all Australian orders over $150 and $200 internationally. If you’re located outside of Australia and purchasing only one or two hardcopy patterns, we charge $11 for one pattern and $20 for two. Three or more hardcopy patterns incur the regular shipping charges.

Please allow 2-5 working days for deliveries within Australia. For international orders, please allow 6-20 working days. When shipping overseas, delays may occur during the customs stage.

We do not offer refunds/exchange on cut fabrics, remnants and patterns (hardcopy or digital) so please select carefully before placing your order.

We do our very best to photograph and represent our fabrics with colour accuracy however colours may appear differently depending on your device/monitor. If unsure and to avoid disappointment, we strongly recommend purchasing a $1 fabric sample. To do this, select the ‘Order $1 Swatch’ button on the product page. If you can’t see this button it means that we don’t cut samples on that particular fabric e.g. bridal/beaded laces, panel pieces etc. If you would like to purchase our minimum cut (10cm), please email or contact our Surry Hills store on 02) 9211 5536 to enquire.

Where applicable, the product pages will display the price per yard as well as price per metre and 1/4 of a metre.

Our online range represents a small percentage of what we carry in our bricks & mortar stores.

Sometimes yes, sometimes no. Much of our stock is made up of designer-ends and these are often purchased in strictly limited quantities so once sold out, we can't re-order. If the fabric has *just* sold out, we may still have stock available in-store so please call both our Surry Hills & Melbourne stores to enquire.
